The Yoga Personal Training focuses on all persons who, under my supervision, want to practice Yoga alone or in a small group.
I offer an individual Yoga Personal Training which can take place in your home, your office or in a room provided by me.
My Yoga classes address your individual needs. The Yoga Personal Training can also be practiced, with the recommendation of a physician, despite health disadvantages. The training may be exercised on a regular basis or just once.
The holistic approach not only improves your body structure but also provides a spiritual balance. A positive attitude towards life, better concentration and increased vitality are the acquired benefits.
